Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice. Kian84 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary restriction or termination of account access.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. kian84 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
The account closure policy applies in the following situations: fraud, use of copyright-infringing material, attempts to hack the system, chargebacks, or violation of any provision in these terms. Account closure decisions are final unless a successful appeal is made.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Permitted Use
Kian84 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any form of commercial use, automation, use of bots, scripts, or third-party software to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised methods or by coordinating with other accounts
- Uploading or sharing content that contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Engaging in any action that disrupts the normal functioning of the platform or negatively affects other users' experience
- Claiming to be or impersonating an employee, agent, or representative of kian84 without authorisation
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where kian84 deems it necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
The kian84 platform processes all deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, Boost, Maybank2U, and CIMB Clicks. Successful deposits will be credited to your account instantly or within the timeframe stated at the point of transaction.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same account holder's name. kian84 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal requests for identity verification purposes or investigation where suspicious activity is detected. Any taxes or fees imposed by financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the user.
Refund Policy
Deposits that have been used in gameplay are non-refundable. If a technical error results in an incorrect transaction, users must notify customer support within 24 hours. kian84 will investigate and take appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Kian84 Liability Limits
The kian84 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or free from errors. kian84 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of wagered funds due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
Kian84's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kian84 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software code, and databases — is the exclusive property of kian84 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
